On Dec. 1, 2017, the Department of Political Science of the University of the Republic, Uruguay, will host an event with the title “Citizen’s Income: a dream or a possibility?” The event is co-organized by the IPSP and the Centro de Informaciones y Estudios del Uruguay (CIESU), and IPSP partner organization. The topic will be citizen’s income, a.k.a. basic income, as a tool for social progress.
