Chapter 13 of the IPSP report was featured in a special issue of the journal Global Media and Communication (Volume 14, Issue 2, August 2018). The issue includes a summary of the chapter as well as comments by Anita Gurumurthy, Sasha Costanza-Chock, Gustavo Gómez, and Andrew Illiades. The special issue was edited by IPSP authors Gerard Goggin, Ingrid Volkmer, and Clemencia Rodriguez. The table of contents for the issue can be seen here.
Chapter 13 has been disseminated and published in other ways since the release of the IPSP report: a booklet version of the chapter was published by CARGC (available here), and a Spanish version was produced by the Centro de Competencia en Comunicación – Friedrich Ebert Foundation (available here). An Arabic translation of the chapter is planned.
